a dance performance

Having asked where dance as spectacle is happening, ’This Body’ is a dance performance that stops: a situation where dance simultaneously negates and claims herself by dreaming of a body in a different way, and therefore designating for it a situation where to look at it.
The audience is invited to witness a Ceremony. Three dancers offering a dance as an event to pause: a pause becoming an event.
A parallel investigation occurs when bodies, sound and lights meet without motion, without sound or light as if they are almost forced to disappear. In stillness or in silence, they’ll create the expectation of each other.
